Comfortable, unhurried diving
Water temperatures generally remain in the mid-to-high twenties, ideal for enjoying the full liveaboard schedule without the chill of the winter months.
September & October 2026 • Red Sea high season
Warm water, excellent visibility, thriving reefs and exciting offshore diving make September and October two of the best months to experience the Red Sea. Join Ghazala Explorer or Ghazala Adventure with UK flights, free nitrox and Scuba Travel support included.
The best of both seasons
Autumn combines the warmth of summer with more comfortable conditions above the surface. The sea stays beautifully warm, visibility can be excellent and the reefs and offshore sites offer the varied diving that makes the Egyptian Red Sea so rewarding.
Water temperatures generally remain in the mid-to-high twenties, ideal for enjoying the full liveaboard schedule without the chill of the winter months.
Clear blue water, dramatic walls and bright reef scenery make autumn a superb time for wreck exploration, reef diving and underwater photography.
September retains summer-warm seas while the most intense daytime heat begins to ease—an excellent balance for long dives and relaxed time on deck.
Warm water continues into October, with comfortable air temperatures and exciting wreck, reef and offshore itineraries. Wildlife is never guaranteed, but this can be a rewarding period for pelagic encounters.
Several departures are already full, but selected whole cabins, male shares and female shares remain. Check the live September and October availability below.
